The Bachelor of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management (OHSEM) is a comprehensive three-year degree designed to prepare graduates to manage workplace health, safety, environmental, and risk management systems across a wide range of industries.
The programme combines scientific knowledge, legal compliance, environmental management principles, occupational health practices, and leadership skills to produce competent professionals capable of promoting safe, healthy, and sustainable workplaces.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Direct Entry
- NSSCO with a minimum of 25 points in the best six subjects.
- English with at least an E symbol.
- Physical Science.
- Natural Science or Biology.
Alternative Entry
- Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- NQF Level 5 qualification with at least two years relevant work experience.
Mature Age Entry
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- At least three years relevant work experience.
- Junior Secondary Certificate with English.
- Successful completion of an Aptitude Test.
Total Programme Fee
N$18,490 per year.
